December 1, 2023 – Late Deadline
Entries must be postmarked on or before the first deadline to avoid the late charge. Late entries (postmarked after November 3, 2023) must include a one time $25 processing fee (not per entry). No entries postmarked after December 1, 2023, will be accepted unless prior permission is granted.
